Hello my name is Mercy and I’m so happy you’re here.

You probably want to know a few more things about me!

I am a mother of three sons, born in 2020, 2022 and 2024. I really know what it’s like to NOT get enough sleep and no one to turn to for help.

I’m married to my wonderful husband, who is so on board with my approach to sleep…and I’m very thankful for that.

I'm an RN or in German it would be a Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin. Prior to getting pregnant with my first one, I worked at a psychiatric clinic but two (now three) babies later, I knew that I was ready for a career change - and here we are!

I’m currently studying to become a certified
Baby-Led Sleep™ & Well-Being Specialist with Isla-Grace-Sleep and I can’t tell you enough how much I LOVE it!

I’m also working on my CLE certification with Bebomia!
